My name is Thomas. I'm studying French (Bachelor's degree) and English on my own, on Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań. Apart from linguistics, I'm very interested in music and electric guitars, amps, effects and so on. I play electric guitar, jam with various people. Moreover, I like cats. I've got one - he's called Rocky. Next thing in which I'm interested is cinema - good, old movies. I appreciate the cinema classics, more than nowadays films. I must admit, that I'm quite fluent in Monty Python's language ;). By now, I'm waiting for deliver, of my recently bought the "Flying Circus". John Cleese and his mates should receive the Nobel prize, unquestionably ;).
Anyway, I think I'm very open-minded person.
I thought that starting a blog might be good way to improve my language skills. I hope that this undertaking will help me expand my vocabulary and use of language in practice. I hope it won't be neglected by me.
So here is my blog - with absolute certainty - even less entertaining blog than photos of sleeping cats, hanging around the Internet. But I'm counting on a little bit of hospitality from your side :). It would be really great if I could write similar way in French, but obviously it needs some time. Cheers.
